It’s time for Track Tuesdays! Meet at the Sports Plex @ 6:00pm; warm up run to Southgate. Then we’ll do some warm up drills, then onto 400x or whatever else is on the menu with Karen Sibley. This will increase each week until it is too dark to run the track then onto tempo runs or hills ,TBA.
For Club members. All levels welcomed. Remember, “It’s you and the track, not the other runners”, do what you can. This is good training to get your speed and fitness up.
